The year is over

It has been a fast one, and definitely an eye-opener - 2008 experience.
The year has already gone past without you realizing it. Man really cannot chase time. Nothing can.

We just had our Christmas service yesterday and it was a breeze. This year's Christmas did not really feel like one. Probably because of the many events that we have in church that brought down the hype of Christmas Event.

As a leader in HoGc, you$ never stop doing things, you never quit from being busy... Things are just always going on and on... But at the end of the day, the rewards are all that you ever yearn for...

These are the things that brought life to me whenever I think about it:

1) Zi Ling sharing her testimony on stage! It is like her dream come true. And it brought a little heaven to my soul knowing that her dream has come true. You never find that feeling anywhere else. Not in winning the basketball championship, not in earning your first $500, not receiving praises from people...

I suddenly have this thought. Sometimes people ask "If you have a chance to live life again, what would you do?".
Well, as a matter of fact, when you are born in the faith, you are living your 2nd life. When you are baptized with Christ, you were crucified together and resurrected together. You live a new life of obedience to the Lord. That's what we call a "new man". The old has passed away, the new has come.

So if any of you really dislike your life and wants to start afresh, it is possible. =) Come to Jesus and He will bring you through it. I am living my 2nd life now. I start a new.

So back to the rewards of life.........
2) E ray, jason, Yu Heng, Terry, Crystal, Queenie, Vernon, Zhong Ying, Hui Hang... ...
These are the people that bring life to me whenever I see them. E Ray is pure and nice... Jason can be quiet at times, but crappy many times...ahah. I never really hanged out with Yu Heng and Terry yet but yearning to do so sooN!!!! Crystal is funny, and energetic... haha, that is life in itself!!! Queenie is interesting.. ahha, my school mate. =) Vernon is smart!!! But well, i like him not because he is smart, but because he is who he is.... Zhong Ying is a good chess player!!! ahah. She is quiet and just adding life in her little giggles. =) Hui Hang........ see you soon!!! haha.

Just the thoughts of them will bring a destiny to my life.

3) Friends... I thank God for friends like Nicholas Lee... Esmonde... Colin... Zachary... that would just encourage and pump some faith into you whenever they see you...
The hugs of Esmonde.
The "high-ness" of Nicholas.
The silent words of Colin. (Haha, I don't know what I mean... He is just funny, probably because of the sense of security that he can provide with his commando-trained muscles)
The occasional jokes of Zachary...

haha... the list goes on...

2009 will be greater and my tips for everyone, including myself is...

CATCH UP WITH LIFE... it runs faster than you...
especially in Heart of God Church.

interesting blog

Hi everyone,

I was just thinking about my blog and shu qing was saying that I did not update for quite some time. Hmmm. then I had this interesting idea.

The idea is that I will blog whenever anyone wants something.. haha...

but the criteria is this: It must be sensible request...
So let me put it in clearer terms: If you want to write about a certain topic, e.g. Love, hope, faith, what do you about this issue? this problem? etc... something like that. Please feel free to tag it, and I will blog down my views.

Revolution

One word that describe my week... and that is revolutionizing...

There were so many things that happened that changed my life, or made impact and influenced me... I am changing... I am different. I will grow.

Its such a wonderful thing to have Pastors and Leaders who are here to guide you and mold you to be someone you want to be.

Never complain, never grumble, only be grateful.

I had my LCA meeting with Charleston, Dominic and Roy. Let me tell you, THAT opened up many windows, so I can take a look at my outside world as I slowly open the door that is going to lead me outside.. You get the picture. Sometimes you are so boxed in doing your own things that you don't know where you are heading, what you are missing, what you could be having.

They helped me lay rocks on river top so i can tread upon.
My leaders help me mend the boat when it is broken.
If I ever managed to cross the ocean, or climb the mountains, it would be their credit...

The service was awesome(square). Pastor shared about his passion... And it comprise this tragic story of a 30 year old man going around patronizing young kids with chips... God knows what he is up to... This is so sick...
So Pastors, Mae Ann and Charleston are actually planning what to do with the kids so they can have a safer environment to be nurtured and grown.
This is our cause!
To live for others!
To change the NEXT GENERATION
To be Responsible.
I am.... Are you?

Week

It is early monday morning now and i am smiling...

Last week has been really long and fulfilling... It has been such a breakthrough. I would not switch last week with anything else man!

Nick Vujicic is such an inspiration. He talked about God using people to do His will and glorifying Him. He punches the point that even you were caught in a mishap or had some bad circumstances to you, God allowed it for sure. The thing is you can actually use these bad experience to minister and encourage people.

So if you are blind, but yet you are full of joy and doing something great with your life. People will ask you how you did it and you can just tell them it is the glory of God. You can then also encourage all the other blind students by just living your life this way...

So that was Nick Vujicic!!! Great inspiration... I will see him in Heaven, same figure and all. God is fair. =)

I will update about Pastor Kong later...
...........That...... will take a lot more time.. and effort....

In the meanwhile, enjoy this article!!

So early

I am in school now... So early, I am 30 minutes early because I came straight down after Morning Prayer...

It feels good to be early, and it feels even greater to be in God's presence so early in the moment.
Indeed, "seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things shall be added to you..."

Ha-ha...

Well, just 1 more day towards Nick Vujicic... Getting so excited to meet him in person.. If you still do not know who he is, or you still aren't coming to see him, i urged you to make a decision!

Got to look through name list now already! ahaha

New energy, new strength

I feel like a fish back in water, after seeing Pastors and my leader back in Singapore.
It gives a different idea altogether about having your leaders away for 10 days and then having them back again.

That 10 days were really exciting and an experience for me... Looking at the zone the way that I never did before, and doing things that I never really did before. in the past, these could be only be a dream and an imagination...
You can say its 4D-ing such circumstance to happen but it just came to past last 2 weeks.
So happy to get to know people more in a different level.

Last time was all about knowing the new friends and integration cases.
then slowly, begin to know the regulars from other CGs as well...
Now, it has come to the level of knowing leaders, and fellowshipping with them...

It definitely feels different and sure enough exciting, just hearing all the dreams and visions for God, the faith and energy of all these people.

I definitely enjoy Bernard, Ryan, Elyn and Siok Mei... They are cool la... helping Nicholas in times of need. Rising up to the occasion.
I sure missed the times i talk to wei min, michelle, jazreel, and jia hui... It was like 2 years ago that we last chatted for long... Ha-ha...
Not forgetting, xiao hong and roderick. My mighty man and woman fighting the war of life together with pastors and leaders alongside... Just holding up whatever they can, above and beyond themselves.

True to the words - small man with big dreams and big hearts can do BIG things...
It is all about the spirit of the person...

This week is going to be so so exciting....
In 16 hours time, we will be having our very last HOGC combine service at Paya Lebar... We sure are gonna miss the time. After that, we will leap !!!

Following 3 days later, will be Nick Vujicic, first step into Heart of God Church, the house of God... It is going to be earth shaking, hell trembling, heaven opening, heart warming, eyes widening, jaws dropping experience!! Many friends are going to be saved.
So leaders, buck up and lets get some work done, man! It is gonna be awesome!

Sneaking 2 days after will be the not-to-be missed service with Pastor Kong. having the man of God stepping right into our place and teaching us the word of God... you got to learn how to spell "honor" backwards to fully express that word!!

BIG, big, exciting... I can't describe it.. you got to come and see for yourself!!

See you there man...
Signing out now....

What a school

Ow.. I was a bad bad student....

Today's class started at 8am... Though i managed to scrambled out of bed at 6.45am and then reach school on time, I was totally restless.

I still manage to do the tutorial questions and almost all were correct, but I was still pretty drowsy...

After that, we went for a quick breakfast and I had tummy ache... Probably because I was joking too much last night...

Ha-ha.
It was really funny...
I just realized Winifred's address is starbutt...
I was shocked and amused at it but she said it was created during sec 2
Then during that split moment, i just thought of stomach... but i played around with english, and spelled it starmach....
This was all inspired by Fifi because I saw "Gsus" in her msn nick before...
She is really a musician... haha...

Anyway, here is the story of starmach... and thus, my starmache. So i was in the toilet, twice today...

Now... going to do something crazy for TP NEW GEN!!! haha... pretty shy.. but well, its all worth for the lost souls!!!

Make a change, make an impact! See ya..

Revalation about revelation

Have you ever felt that you realize the power of 'something', that it is so amazing and you did not know about it before... You will be so shocked and amazed and definitely be asking "how come I did not about it sooner!"...

Then... have you ever wonder that the power of realizing something is even more powerful, because? You will wonder why people can get revelations, and you have yet to experience that...

But until one day when you finally got your own revelation, you will be even more amazed than anybody else.

You will realize the power of a revelation.

I call that a revelation of revelations.
I love learning new things and being inspired...

I have my share today...
It is on wisdom and good fear... These both propels you towards your fulfilled destiny...

How about you?

Gratitude

This word 'gratitude' just rang my mind recently and now, so I am letting it out.
I have been praying for my pastors and my leaders daily for 1 week already and everyday my heart just gets warmer, and also, gratified.
If there is any one time where you experience an inability to express your deepest feelings for someone or something, that is how I feel towards Pastors and Leaders.
I thank God for 'tongues' for it truly expresses our feelings through the medium of the HS. No wonder, God calls HS the Comforter, the Helper, and many more... He is truly omnipotent-potent...

Last Sunday was Charleston's debut preaching in the main service, with around 400 people! I tell you, if you are not there, you missed a whole lot!
It was so anointed, and Charleston really seems so much like pastors...
I am so inspired. I bet you are too...

In a nutshell, Charleston taught us about the 3 characteristics that a leader should have, be it you are an existing leader or aspire to become a leader.
1) A leader bears the burden
2) A leader has the fear of God
3) A leader is dedicated and committed

1: Bearing the burden
It is so different but yet it is so important that in HoGc, we want to bear the burden of our psts and leaders. In many places, leaders arises for the sake of title and passion.

But deep down in the hearts and spirits of HoGc leaders, they truly do what they do, so as to reduce the burden and to help carry more.

2. Fear of God
Fear motivates. Fear prevents sinning.
Good fear keeps you in awe[of God] and draws you closer to know the truth.
Bad fear shows you're timid and makes you stagnant.
A leader do the things because they fear substandard; they fear mediocrity.
I pray because I fear losing the presence of God in my life.
I proclaim Christ because I fear people not given a chance to know about the truth!

3. Dedication and Commitment
A leader is dedicated to their people because they are God's people, and they are to bring their people towards their fullest destiny in God.
A leader is committed then even in times of fatigue and busyness, they still minister to their people whenever necessary.

It takes a different breed of people to be a HoGc leader. If you have what it takes, be proud of it.
I thank God that my Pastors and Leaders are carried my burden when I was down. So now I want to carry theirs!
I thank God again that they allow me to observe the way they live their lives fearing God and keeping holiness.
I thank God another time for they were dedicated to build me to be where I am today.
Therefore, gratitude is what I feel...

And here I have a video to show you about how a group of youth were showing their gratitude towards their leader.

Enjoy.. and be encouraged... This is Heart of God church...

Good news

Today is just a bombard of news.... It has been the cry of my heart to be able to do this so here I am...

Great day, great God...

Great Pastors, great church

Great people, great news!!

I am so happy that C5 had 3 new friends last weekend. More than that, people like Shu Qing has really grown so much. She is so hungry for more of God, and teachings from the church. Her heart is so open and submissive to the things that her leaders say. In contrary to her old introvert nature, she is now an atmosphere builder!!! Isn't this worth many hand claps for the power of God! And most importantly, she is constantly doing all that she can to tell her friends and loved ones about a life with Jesus. That is 1 courageous and loving spirit!

I delight in seeing her grow!! Ha-ha... I believe God is smiling too...

Then also, another person that I want to talk about is Audrey!! She is bringing 1 friend next weekend! She has the heart for others now... Seeing how other people needs Jesus so she invited them to church. This is so brave of her... So i was encouraging her to go out with other CG members which they did so, immediately after I said it... That is so fast and amazing...
Keep this up, Audrey.. you will keep growing in your life.

I would still want to talk about C5. I am not biased, but just that I am spending more time with them now! We must say that C5 has been praying a lot more especially xiao hong, ai lin and myself... Right now, we are so united and focused...

Hope

last weekend was an intimate service - I call it. Pastor shared with us their deep thoughts .

That's what makes HOGC a family, and not just an organization.

Hope is the main message. The hope after life, the hope for the future, the hope for now.
In life, there are many times where you need to exercise hope while you send someone off to a faraway nearby place, knowing that they will be with the Lord. That is heaven, for us... and you.

But you need to work it out ONCE for yourself, whether you will have hope in what you believe in and your future, your life after death....

it sounds quite contrary, doesn't it... Life after death... How can someone have life after death.
In Christ, it is definitely possible. Christ did it, and so can we, if we have Him in our lives.

Now, that is our hope! Replenished by His Word.

Pastor How then went on to share with us a simplified theology of the process of creation-recreation.
It compared the creation of Earth, with the creation of human.
1) Creation sets
2) Chaos come in, void occurs, darkness sets in
3) The Spirit of God hovers and incubates
4) The Word of God sets forth
5) Recreation happens

True for our physical world, true for us human
We are all borne a child of God. That was creation by God for mankind.
But the sad thing is sin sets into the hearts of man, and causes chaos. The life of God is not in man anymore so spiritual void sets in, and causes darkness as there is no light of Christ.
By prayer and supernaturalism, the Holy Spirit hovers and begins to work in the hearts of man. That prepares it for the Word of God.
Thus when ready, God speaks, either directly, or through the mouth of man, to crack open the hearts for submission and obedience and followship.
Therefore, recreation starts happening, and a new life is created, in Christ, in spirit. We call it a new man. That’s why, Christians are considered to have a new life. From that moment onwards, God begins to work in the heart further more to change the character, value system, hearts, spirit, and instill HOPE.

True for the world, true for mankind… God has his methods and double mention is still His forte.
I love my God. I get to know His style now and then, it is so interesting. I love my Bible. I never get bored of it…

Hope, I pray, be with you!

Revival

Wow... it is already the 6th of October!!!

Just 1 blink and you will be at 2009... time really flies.
It has been an exciting September. I realized it must be so exciting that I did not even want to blog about it... Just too engrossed with day-to-day events..

but well, because a whole load of Oct, Nov and Dec events come up and shock my life around again, let me just blog and update what has been going through my mind recently...

1) Church has grown 200 people for the past 2 and a half months. This is phenomenal! It is beyond descriptive words... We are so thrilled...
Eyes have not seen, ears have not heard, hearts have not imagine, what God has installed for us to come... The future is going to be even more amazing.

2) A whole new batch of CGLs are doing so well... As someone who have walked the path before, I feel so proud of them!! I believe Pastors are so proud of them as well. They shall set a standard and a path for the next batch of CGLs to rise up... They will be chain, a flow, batches of teamwork, connection, and chemistry, DNA, spirit......a generation!

3) I am going for lunch now.. =) update more again...

Haha.

awesome revelation

God made you what you are to do what you are to do...

Let me repeat it: God made you WHAT YOU ARE to do what YOU ARE to do.

Everyone of us has talents. No doubt, it is attainable, train-able, teach-able, practice-able, cultivat-able. In short, talents can be grown...

But 1 thing that is unchangeable and critical is that we all have a purpose in life...
And that is determined by our Creator - God.
God gave a purpose to do something. Each and every individual one of us has a CERTAIN aim.
And God is a just God. He will not tell you to do something when you can't do it.

He is a God of provision.
Jehovah Jireh - God provides.

What is provision = provide for the vision.

That's why when you know more about yourself, naturally you will know what is your purpose. But the sad thing is that people gets too busy with finding out about themselves and growing their potential, and trying to make a living with it that they neglect their purpose.

For me... it was in God's way... God told me my purpose. I doubt it... didn't trust it...yet. felt unsure about myself... but then, God began to reveal to me about my potentials, about MYSELF, my passion in life, what i GENUINELY love to do...

THAT is what God made me to do what I am to do!!!

Do you know yours yet?

Break the silence

Woah... Realised that my previous post was really solemn and silent...
Ha-ha. It adds spice to my blog.

Life is not always up and down, but its how high you keep climbing though you get down...
And I am like that.

I am handling more things in staff and also in the zone. I felt like superman... But at the same time, I felt a bit sad because I am "not so free" to spend time with people or follow Roy...

There were a few times where I told Roy I can't find him because I have to rush some staff work... Aw... Though Roy was okay with it, but I felt that pinch in my heart...

My Pastors and Leaders always spare the thought for us and don't want us to over-work, feel obliged, pressured, or even make things difficult for us... They would never take advantage of me.
But to me, I hope I can be an advantage to them, I can be a help, be a support...

Greater responsibility, ease the burden...

Few more quotes:
I forgot... aw... ahaha. I will post it up when i remember them.

1400,800,250,100!!!

Someone is stalking me!!!!

I can feel the tension rising...
The breathing down my neck...
The tapping of feets, tip-toeing nearer to me...

Someone is following me...

Sounds like some movie series. Anyway, just to make it more straight-forward.
I felt trouble and problems paid me a visit today. I did not invite them, but guess i attracted them...

It is always like that. They are attracted to greatness. Whenever someone or something becomes better, they gets nearer.

Higher level, higher devil...

Well too bad, I know it even when you are trying too hard...
So sorry to see you sigh, and agitated.

I have peace, and you are pissed.
I have Jesus and you are losers.
I am a winner and you a whiner.
I am favoured but you are evil.
Whatever it is, you are not going to tear me down... I live on a rock.. =P

Responsibility! - rhema

Forever

1 word that summarized the essence of my post today.

this is the cry of my spirit. so high pitched that you can't hear it, and so distinct that people miss it.

And you shall hear it now, clear and free.

saturday and sunday have been fulfilling except for a few cancelled meetings.

There has been many good news so far. it just comes all the time. it's forever-more!
God is the same forever and ever...
C zone is 190!!! we have been growing for the 3 weeks already. If we keep it up... we will get 300 in no time!!! wahah...

At last, it has come!

After days of ploughing...
after weeks of waiting...
after months of perservering...
after years of hoping...

It has come..............

C Zone breakthrough 200 - on a NORMAL weekend services.
It is easy to hit 200 on big day events like Christmas, Easter, Red Rain, FOP, etc...

But to do it normally is extraordinary...
We did it, with God.

Trully, it is so easy!!!

1 lesson we all can learn is TEAMWORK.
We pray all that we can... Yes, let's not deny that...
We work hard... definitely inspiring...

But 1 thing that we are really good at is we work as a team.
Roy would be there, Nicholas is around, Me and Christopher would help think of things for the zone to take notice and carry out...

This goes on every week and things are tight. We carry out Charleston's instructions, and carry it out...

Just do it - NikeFaith without works is dead - James
Impossible is nothing - Adidas
Nothing is impossible - Jesus

September is going to be a super exciting week!! Don't miss it. But more than that.

BE PART OF IT!!!

I feel so honored to be part of this team, and this reveival!! see you around.

gratefulness

A picture is worth a thousand words.
A video is worth millions of words.

Let me preach gratefulness.
If even animals can do it, humans (with all their intellectual, and emotions) should do it even more.

Leadership II

Leadership
Take leadership over your will.
God just gave me revelation about this.

The thing is that, if you know if something is good, you will want to do it.
But sometimes circumstances do not support it, and in fact prevents it.

So in such situations, what do you do?

You got to have a strong will power to stand firm in what you believe.
Good things do not come free, you got to achieve it.
It is a lot of commitment and adrenaline pump.

A leader is someone who is strong-willed but yet submissive under God's rule - obedient.

Prelude

Woah... My brain is expanding... vastly... exceeding...abundantly...above... all that I could ever think or ask for...

I have many thoughts, quotes, phrases, points, lists, lines, mandates, revelations...
They are hovering above the surface of my mind.

I am just waiting to plant them into the ground and start watering my spiritual seeds so they grow into trees multiplying fruits...

Stay-tune.

GOD help!!!

Sometimes, i really hope that God can just control us.

the only concern i have is that I am controlled for the good cost. That, i wouldn't mind.
Haven't you realise that it doesn't pay to do bad, or to reap bad.
But it pays and requires effort to do good or to reap good.

How i hope that God could just control me and keep doing the mundane, and the routine.
Because that is what it takes to reap good... Hardship is what it taste like...

Galatians 6:9
And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.

GAMBATTE!!! Study hard... lol...

pray, pray....it shall be done!

Leadership

A mighty general just conquered a city and was travelling towards another city when he saw an old man.

General: Who are you?
Old Man: I am a king?
General: You are a king? Ha-ha. I just conquered the outskirts of south-west china. How about you? Where is your kingdom?
Old Man: I am a King over myself.

Greater is he who rules over his own house than he who rules over kingdoms but not over himself.

The worst thing that could ever happen is that a "seemingly" great leader is found to have bad integrity character, lust, womanizing attitude, pride, bitterness, promiscuous behaviour. oh man... save your breadth. That is going to be so bad. It is so dangerous, especially if you are his followers. Thank God for Pst How and Pst Lia... They never make me feel insecure.

From them, I learn that leadership is inspiring and hence, leading people to a destination, or progress in life. Before you begin to lead others, you have to lead yourself first.
Leadership must always be inspired, be a role-model, be an example.
Leadership must not be forced, nor instilled.

Henceforth, before you lead others, you must be a leader over your own life.

So Pastor taught us about Self-leadership.
Specifically leading the 3 part being of a human - spirit, soul and flesh.

In life, you can go to many teachings, seminars, etc, but there are some that you just remember even without taking down notes. You see the importance of it and you just carry it with you all your life.
You talk about it.
You live it through.
You breathe it in.
You let it out.
You influence others.

Self-leadership is about it...
Discipline is what you'll need. Lead yourself. see a change.

photoseum

Decided to clear my HP space and upload all my photos on blog.. ahaha. here goes!!! Photo gallery for the day...
This is a tree trunk broken off from the main trunk. I wouldn't regard it as a branch because it is too thick compared to 1.

This is taken at fullerton hotel... so pretty... The malay word for pretty is chanteh.

A selfish man sleeping in the MRT train. Some uncle went to actually poke his shoulder and wake him up but he didn't move. Hmmm. Technically, i doubt he can sleep peacefully because any slight movement, he would have roll off to the ground. This is a cat in a drain. I was on the way home from market and i saw this teenage girl taking photo of the drain. I thought she was doing some school science project but as i walked pass, i saw something move beneath. then i realised it was the cat. So i behave likewise... =) and here is the photo i took. i believe she has the same 1 as me...This is a stall toppled over at orchard shaw plaza. I guessed it was because of the rain and wind as it was raining that morning. The goods were crushed underneath. Interesting view...
More pohotos. This is Jin Yuan. We celebrated his birthday 2 weeks ago. He is 20 already. In MI, taking his A levels in 2 months time. He is really a joy to lead... He doesn't give trouble at all. Love to serve, would help at times of need, without any complain. Would remember times where he would help me take my things when i forgot to take them after service. he would just carry them for me until i was looking for it.
This is a table of refreshments - 1 of the many that we prepared for post-powerhouse activity. We decorate it nicely for easy distribution... Our youth are just so servant-hearted.. this is a shoe that i tried... it looks like the one pastor and charleston has... argh... i am trying to save up for this. semi-formal shoe... =) 4d-ing it...

Another example of the shoe... on the rack.. =)

POWER- house

We just finished the last day of the first week of POWERHOUSE. The word described it exceptionally well.

Our house really feels much more powerful because of all the prayer and worship we've had for the past 5 days. Seriously speaking, it feels so easy to wake up early and pray.

this is what i've been doing daily:
Days that I stayed overnight: Sunday - monday; monday-tuesday; wednesday - thursday;
Typically, i would arrive in church or WAKE up in church at 6am - 6.15am and help prepare the place.
Besides the sound console, media or WT side, Usher and the Cafe are the busy ones.
The ushering in of people during the first 30minutes were a challenge - but now it is not, we have grown to be able to handle the crowd of 800 avg.
The giving out of refreshments were a struggle at first as well, but again, HOGC proves ourselves to have grown and able to handle the massive crowd, with SMILE, with DIGNITY, and JOY to serve. Faithfulness with Great Attitude till the End.

During the 1 hour, the congregation were given the prayer list by the Ushers to pray individually or even small groups for around 40-45minutes IF you reach at 7am. I am so amazed that I saw a woman who arrived at 6.35am and started praying...

Usually 15 minutes before the 8am, Ps. Tan would address the crowd to pray in tongues together, then flowing with the Spirit, we would worship, and pray, then worship, and pray. Till 8am or slightly extra-time. I mean, the people can pray! It may not been deafening, but it is overwhelming. You can feel the buzz and engine build-up when the whole crowd starts honoring God in the Heavenly language.
It gives me a sense of SUCCESS and i can meditate on this scene.
It will surely COME to PASS.

After 8am, the people who are rushing for time will be allowed to go off. We have a queue to take the lift and also have a queue for taking the stairs. There will be a "GO" and "HALT" moment at the lobby lest everyone gets stuffed by heat and stench in the walkway.
HOGC: Forever people-centered!

At that instant, food will be distributed very quickly at lightning speed of 5 heads per second (avg). there will be another refreshment corner at level 1 as well for people who were in a rush and didn't manage to receive 1 at level 12. thoughtfulness again... =)

Walkie-talkies will be ringing all the time especially during the time. You hear "lifts clear", "walkway full", "another group coming". "Food running out", "Pastor [so and so] heading towards lfit". busy, and sharpness miraculously merge together to result in excellence.
This is MY church!

Confident people will be clearing path for the men of God and escorting them to their exits. That's honoring people. =)
The Heart of God.

People would have cleared, curtains would be drawn, bright morning light would shine in, and then the operation people would gather. De-brief is the time for discipleships - Live, LEARN, Lead. Never lose this if you are still alive. SO - LIVE. We learn how to do things at the higher level, we learn about our mistakes, we learn to observe, learn to lead. It's never ending, and it's never satisfying. We keep wanting to learn - more and more!
Learning is a lifetime.

Life changing discipleship from Pastors:
Leaders mentality, Servant heart - I believe this is the heart of God. He came down to lead people towards their destiny and fullness in the Spirit. But at the same time, He has a heart serve people. WOW! Reeeeevelationnnnnnn.

USUALLY, after this would be breakfast and sleep. I do not know how this link up but it does during this 1 week. We would just eat and just fall dead on the floor only to wake up at 12 plus to work again, waiting for the next POWER to fall on us.

Welcome to Power house. You'd never want to miss it again.
Home sweet home

Personal encounter with God:
Nowadays, after attnending Powerhouse for 5 days in a row already, I pray with such a faith in my heart. Usually man would find difficulty engaging in because they are not connected with God - their frequency is not in tune with the Holy Spirit.
But today was totally FLOW.

I could just pray for Pastors, breakthrough in my CG, in the people's lives so naturally and led by the Spirit. I did not stutter, not waver, but I just conquer - new ground in the 4th dimension.
TRY IT - you will know it is God.
He lives in this HOUSE.

whatever that comes to mind whater,

just finished Powerhouse 3rd day. seeing so many people just coming early at 7am, either serving or praying. It just gives your spirit a heavenly download of assurance.

You know that whatever you pray will surely earn an answer from God.

Had a meeting with pastors on sunday night and monday morning. It just dawned upon me,countless times before already, but it helps to keep you convicted in what you believe.

For the promise and potential are fickle.

Things are always so unpredictable.
1 min - you can have this strong driving force to do something.
2nd min - you decided to change just because someone comes along.
3rd min - you change back because you got pressure from parents, society, friends, teachers, tom, dick and harry.
4th min - you got reminded of your conviction and dream but the only difference this time is you hear the word but do not do it... deceiving yourself.

Isn't it sad that you have your dream, but you lose it yourself...

This has been my thought recently for the past 1 month. It has been Pastors' cry for every youth... It has been my essence of life... Live it man...
just do not know why even Mediacorp has shows like "Live your dream", but yet teachers and parents are so practical. Of course we still want to make a living in life, but why can't we have do it joyfully and fulfillingly.

The righteous will not beg in the streets. God will not throw us to death. He always prepares us for Earthly responsibilities and Heavenly glory.

So keep yourself in the loop of what you believe in...Don't lose yourself to anything else.
If God called you to do His work, don't stoop down to be a king.

Meetings with Pastors were always inspiring and revelational... We are going to grow man.Pastors and the other leaders are sharing so many good news of people being so radically saved and transformed.

Joel is 1 of them... he is so amazing la!!! so loving God, loving the people in church. He bought a bible and journey file... hungry for God, comes 2 services, comes for BM, wants to share Christ with his friends. And slowly changing his character. That is the best la!
God is so proud of you la, joel!
I can really imagine God says "you are my beloved son in whom I am well pleased". That is all that we want to hear from God.

Rose Pang - She is a sweet sec 2 girl from bown sec, ziling and joel's classmate... She came HOGC last week! Awesome man... Haha... we are going to have so much fun together!!!!

Yvonne is also bubbling with fire! she rocks la...

signs and wonders are happening everyday!!!! GROWGROWGROW!

Blog!!!

Oh yeah, in case I forget to blog again... and the day keeps passing by... I mean, it is already 8 August! Can you imagine that? Just a blink ago, I was asking God for a vision for 2008.
It is so amazing how God's vision has come true for our lives, especially if you are in HOGC.
In this house, New Year resolutions really resides in your days, not just in your imaginations or wish list. Want to know a few?

Hogc 2.0 - we are DEFINITELY  very structured and processed, ready for EXPONENTIAL growth!

Luke 2:52 - You will know that for sure. FOP, Pastors, Charleston, on the pulpit, taking the lead, 1st time in our history, Europe, NewGen, Word of life, CCC, Parachute band, Pastor Troy, Pastor Josh kelsey... We are really growing in favor and in stature. Not for ourselves, but for the glory of God, the church of the living God.
Pastor Joakim loves our church;
Pastor Josh kelsey says we are different and really radical for God. The atmosphere of God was so strong and he wants to come and see us again with his team - check out his blog;
Pastor Troy Marshal said that our church is like an altar of God. This phrase is awesome! Read this: Many a times, you know that the presence was strong. There is really a visitation of God. But in HOGC, it is not just a visitation, it is a Habitation. God lives here! To say this remark, it would mean that the church has been through deep and thorough worships in the holy of holies. That is so Heart of God church. I am definitely proud to be HOGC.

What's more.

Beginning of leaderships - Leading 1 day of FOP is good enough to illustrate this point, we need no further examples. Even for many of the members in our church, have risen up to be CGLs, taking responsibility. Truly, its their beginning of leadership.

World Class church in a first world nation with a first class spiritual atmosphere - If you take some time to just ponder upon this sentence and try to relate it to HOGC. It definitely makes links. We are becoming so world class in our post production, publications, and even in strength. People and churches from across the nation and internationals have heard and known us. How much would you expect from a church of 1000.

To all HOGC members, wait till we get 10,000.
Eyes have not seen, ears have not heard, the minds have not imagine, how the goodness of God is bestowed upon the land. Keep being faithful... Semper Fidelis. Look it up.. it's a cool word. Always faithful - the slogan of the US Marine Corps.
I just started reading that book. They are so amazing, and more i browsed through, the proud- er I feel about HOGC.

Our spiritual atmosphere has also gone a few notches higher after the recent move in faith and prayer. Don't lose it everyone. This is our strength. Keep at it... Even for myself, i believe we all do feel tired and humane, but never short-change your miracles... keep it happening.

Last in a blast, we have been growing! Even last week, my zone hit 41! That is a move of the Holy Spirit. All of them are just so awesome people!

C50 hit 12!!!
Christopher brought his CG from 7 to 12! To me, he is CGL of the month! Ha-ha...
Su Ling and Chin Wee really just supported him all the way and becoming a pillar in his CG, and definitely in our church. To me, they have the best supporting CGL (male) and (female) of the month. Sounds like best actor, and best supporting actor.

C9!!! HIT 17!!! That is so normal!!! Ha-ha.. what is so surprising about it... Do you know who is in C9?
Roderick Lau (2 years + in church) - the superman leader, and care-person. Nothing escapes his concern.
Elaine Lin (10 years)- The oldest member in HOGC. 1 of the 9-stones. Our church builder
Sam Wong (5 years +)- another love-powerhouse. You see him, you get filled by love.
Benny tan (8 months) - the funny and chubby guy... Wait till you know him, you will laugh!
Audrey (1 year +)- the laugh generator... you need an atmosphere for laughter, she IS THE BEST!!! I guarantee the atmosphere in your group will sure be funny... =)
Zi Ling (1 year +)- the willing and the love. She goes extra to bring her friends to know Jesus, and just does things to love people. ONLY 15! Wait till she is 17... out of secondary school. She is going to be so awesome! Don't be surprised to see her pop by your house someday to give you a gift.
Chen Xing Jie (Roughly 5 yrs) - Quiet, but if you hear carefully, he is crappy... Full of ambition to make animations to proclaim God's goodness. 1 day, Xing Jie, 1 day!!!! It shall come! Whoever laugh at your dream will ............. be blessed. Matt 5:44... wahaha.
Jason Chan (5 years +) - vision to be a businessman for God, starting a food industry... funny chap... our officer in the army now.. ha-ha... doing shift work - better than stay-in MAN!!!
Nigel J.R (roughly 2 years) - funny guy as well, always loving to serve God. never saying die... commando in the army but getting down-pes soon... pray for him! If he's free, you better catch him. If not, he will run off to serve God behind the console!
Jin Yuan (roughly 3 years) - Our smart guy, in MI year 3 taking A levels this year. Wants to be a teacher in the future. Ha-ha. sweet fellow... Just celebrated his birthday on Monday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY JIN YUAN!
Not forgetting about Chong Khim (7 months), Deny (2-3 years plus), Horng Yu (becoming super awesome now, coming for prayer meetings). There are many more ah... I can't finish the list - i got to move on to C5...

C5!!! 12 last week.
Xiao Hong (2 years +) - loving people as much as the distance from Heaven to Hell. So caring and sweet. No wonder she calls herself Apple... sweet.
Ai Lin (1 year) - always hungry and helpful, and teachable... She is only a 1 year christian but she has grown so much because she is so teachable... wait another 2 years... you see a CGL!
Shu Qing (7 months) - so bubbly and full of faith in God. Radical and convicted... She is small in size but BIG in stature. Don't play play. She is on-fire. Her flame can eat you up!
Rachel (7 months) - She is quietly, silently, always smiling, worshipping God, moving in unknown POWERFUL way... If you see prayer come true, you got to see who has been SECRETLY praying... no wonder the Bible says, when you pray, go to your SECRET place.
YVONNE (4 moths) - Awesome awesome lady... Can play the electone, something more magnificent than piano - it can play every kind of music instruments by pressing buttons-control. let me share with you something about her today. She bruised her back during attachment today. Guess why? It is because there was this lady who can't walk properly and was in the toilet. When she tried to get up to walk out after her business, she slipped. Yvonne being alert tried to hold her up but was not faster than time so the lady landed on her knee whereas Yvonne landed on her back. That explains it... Doesn't she behave like Jesus? Sacrificing oneself for the better of others. These are my CGs! I am so blessed!

I love you all la! Full of fun and love for God and Pastors, and people and LIFE.
Let's do life together... alongside Pastors and Charleston and Roy.

By the way, my resolution was to grow in wisdom - I am so glad that I am thinking more than what I used to be able to... I know I am when I know I can.

What are your resolutions? Are they coming true? You have 4 months left...
Time is really clicking fast... Don't waste any anymore. Come and know the truth...

opportunity to strive

A big word, in a big arena, for a big purpose...

Everyone has a shot in introduction.
But not everyone can make it to the climax of all intensity.

The best illustration is that you can play football.
No doubt you are playing football whether it is under your void deck, in field, or even in Singapore Stadium.
It makes a whole lot of difference if you are playing in Old Trafford, Manchester... That is a different league...

More than just hardwork, sometimes it takes an opportunity to strive.
Every can start from 0...
But after dozen years of hard work, you arrive at nominal level where you are happy at the achievement - that is when you make a choice... and opportunity either clicks in or not...

Thank God that I am in HOGC. I never missed out anything in the world... In fact, with all my heart, i have more than anything anyone can ever have...

I have the opportunity to strive to be great!

Good to great - a book by Jim Colins. I shall read it after my exams...
Carrying the church to a whole new level...

Give us 20 more years! You will regret not being with us now...
It is never too late to be back with God.
But it will be too late to miss out the GROWTH!

catch on the hike.
Greatness is coming out...from us.

mindset

The power of 30minutes!!!

I am in school, has 30 minutes of break and I am going to write a book... this is my book. =)

I love to write and type and talk, and rant my mind out... I think I would be a good writer... ha-ha.. Inspire to the millions, that's a vision man!

So mindset:
Positive or negative. It's your choice.
The negative easily hijacks our focus.
It takes no effort at all to be negative.
The human nature veers towards negative without any help at all.
If you want to grow weeds in your garden do nothing with your garden.
If you want to grow good plants, it takes effort.
It means removing weekds regularly.
Constant vigilance that keeps our minds and hearts free from the negatives.
Our minds are like soil.
Plant potatoes, reap potatoes.
Plant roses, reap roses.
- Phill Pringle

This is so important, everybody...The essense of life is make up of what you believe or want to do.
Fate is what God has given you.
Destiny is what you are going to do with it.
- Cheng Bin quoted it.
Isn't it so true? Your fate (vision and purpose) is what God had planned and gave you. But your destiny is what you do with it. You either follow your fate and grow with it, living your LIFE TO THE FULLEST potential. Or you decide not to go with it and do something else with your life... You grow your own garden of life.
Plant seeds, reap fruits.
Plant dreams, reap reality.
People changes all the time, and if you don't seize the opportunity of your life, you lose it... Opportunity do not come as often as wind does. Opportunity is as rare as tornado or natual disaster. You do not control them as much as you do not control God...
You never know when God is going to speak to you and tell your the most important phrase in your life. And this phrase shall be follow you till the end of days.
This phrase is your vision.
Raise up a generation of people who will give God the best years of their lives and God will use this generation to impact all levels of society and all walks of life.
- Pastor How and Pastor Lia.

What is yours?

Your potential and promise is fickle. People change, you never get it back the same it was... So your vision, your destiny CAN BE destroyed by your own hands.
And what is it that is powerful to destroy dreams and visions.
It is your mind.

Do not underestimate your mind. Every wrong move cause and affect. Warning won't help much. Consequence has gone since long.
That is why the greatest asset anyone can have is not money, not property or whatsoever, but it is knowledge...
The knowledge of the power of your mind. Once you know it, you can tap on it.
The knowledge of God. If you know more (I am saying more because you can never God entirely), you will find the joy and freedom of your life.
The knowledge of truth, of life, of animals, science, studies, economics, etc... Every knowledge helps you in some way or another.
Knowledge makes up your mind... If your brain has no knowledge, it is as good as dead...

So what are you filling inside your mind today? Ask yourself... What are you telling yourself. Dreams? Visions? God's words? Or sorrow, complains, petty stuff?

The power of mind. Small enough to be neglected, but big enough to change the world.
So small that millions of people in the world neglected it and are not living to their fullest potential in God nor in freedom.
So big, that nothing is impossible - space shuttle, inventions, miracles, growing a CHRUCH to 750,000 members... What more so is impossibility?
For as he(a man) thinks in his heart, so is he.
- Proverbs 23:7

Whatever good that is come to your mind, do not let it leave...
As a farmer keeps his farm clean of weeds, so shall we keep our mind faith-filled
As a farmer sows, tills, waters, observe, take care of the EMPTY ground day and night, so shall we influence, absorb, learn, pump up faith into our negataive minds.
As a farmer dreams on a great harvest for he only sees an empty ground.
So shall we dreams on our destiny in God for we only see routines and problems.
Nonetheless, every month passes, and the farmer sees progress and rejoices in good news.
So shall it be that whatever we sow into the kingdom of God shall reap miracles and instill joy which brings good tidings to all mankind.
Your hardwork always pay off in God's hands. - This is 1 knowledge I am giving you today...
God always work with us and makes all things easy! - This is knowledge 2.
All things just seem so possible! - This is knowledge 3.
Are they all in your mind already?
If not, start tilling a hole in your mind today, and plant the seeds inside.
And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.
- Galatian 6:9

Again, let me say to you, the word 'heart' in the Bible refers to 'mind'.
What does it mean not to lose heart. It is telling us not to lose our mind! So how do we hang on to the future, dreams, and potentials... You got to have the knowledge of the truth of God, you got to keep your mind, you got to:
look towards the vision in Hebrews 12:1-2,
keep your focus in James 1:6-8,
guard your heart in Philippians 4:6,
strengthen yourself in James 1:2-4,
believe in Philippians 4:13

Your mind collects your past, controls your present, configures your future.
The most powerful thing God has given us...
is the...
control.............
over...................................
our...............................................................
mind.

I spent more than 1 hour on this... ha-ha. Hope you enjoyed it.

study thou shalt

study rule!!

isn't this wallpaper cool...it is as cool as school la! haha

everyone study hard man... If you don't, you're an animal... ahaa

July 18th

Argh... 9 days since I last pressed down my thoughts...
Let it be this day to photocopy my brain over here... I'm ready...

had a church builders' service...
don't ask me how was it... if you missed it, you REALLY missed it... Even if anyone were to share with you, it would just be a mere 20% of the entire real GOD moving in the Spirit.

Tears, revival, connection, glory, honor, GROW was floating in the hall...
darkness, greed, backsliding were leaving... They were not KICKED out involuntarily... amen.

Sometimes it pays to ponder whether all that you do in life, is it really honored?
if you do things in the 'open', people definitely can see. But is that the real you?
if you do things in the 'secret', people definitely do not see you. This, I presume, should be the real you.
For the latter, would you do the same if you were in the 'open'. what is the real you?
And if you do not get honored or nobody even knows what you've done, would you still have done something good?

I am grateful that God assures us that whatever we do in the 'secret', the Father sees in Heaven and glorifies us in the 'open'... Human yearns for assurance, and glory... It's borne into us... Nonetheless, lift up all glory to God. it is more worthy to have 1% of God than 99% of ourselves. You are a creation, you have no power to survive... ha-ha. I sound so pathetic.. But it is true - human has no control over their own lives. They only have control over their ACTIONS. God has control over LIVES.
I love God la... He is faithfulness never fails, through it all... If you don't believe me, you try Him. I would love to see the genuine smile in your face when God SHOWS you something.

I am not reading the book on Lester Sumrall's life... it was a birthday gift from pastors this year
! I have got awesome Pastors la... So do you... ha-ha... Don't need to be jealous.

Anyway, this book really inspires me and more than that, it is what Pastors words that they write in the book, engraves in my heart. If you know harry Potter's movie... There is this scene where Harry was punished to write down countless times "I will not lie again" using this special pen by the bad crazy female prof... The gross part is that whenever Harry scribbles it on the paper, the words will be carved on the back of his palm magically... WAH... ouch...
it definitely bleeds...

But I was just trying to tell you... Pastors' words are like that pen to me... What they write on books, cards, SMS, pulpit, are supernaturally engraved into my heart... It flows with the issues of life...

It is a lot of faith and prayer... you never know how God moves... no man can ever fathom... But it is the joy of going nearer and knowing more every now and then... It makes your life..

I really talk a lot... Let me end here... Ha-ha... Actually i feel that i do not talk a lot... I THINK a lot, and type fast... ha-ha. I don't actually say out.. ahah... My habit..

So... never forget July 18th...
It is also Roy's birthday! =) happy birthday Roy!

top 3 concerns:
1) Spiritual adoption - family, siblings
2) Prayer Meetings
3) Inspire

an exciting halfyear

Just finished my lesson, staying in school to finish up some school work so i can be TOTALLY FREE to do things!!!

there are so many things on my mind... Argh.. growing the CG! Hanging out with the fabulous people in the CG...

yvonne...

nicholas,...

chin wee,...

shu qing,...

jun hui,...

bla,...

bla bla,...

bla bla bla......

the list keeps going on............

Taking more things on staff also gets me excited. There is going to be a super exciting meeting this friday with dominic!!! I can't wait to see our church moves on to the next level... up up, and away... suddenly thought of soccer. there are seasons for great players, and seasons to rest...
For us... we are the top of the league for 12 consecutive years already! More to come... wahaha.
We are like the "All blacks" in rugby;
Manchester in Soccer;
Lakers in Basketball;
Federer in tennis;

But too bad, they do lose sometimes. We never... that's simple.
Losing is not in our dictionary... All things, good or bad, happens for a reason. You must be able to draw the reason out of it, and keep yourself from falling into the out-of-the-world losing mood... Never, i say to you, never.

With so many wonderful people in my life, i never lose out! I have pastors, charleston, Roy, Nicholas Lee sf, Chris, Xiao hong, roderick, ai lin, su ling, chin wee.... the list keeps going on again...
With them, my life is just never the same again.
And how can i forget my Father... He has never failed me, but always testing me and proving me to be better than I thought.
I want to make Him proud... yeah...

Cool day, just getting more excited everyday... ha-ha... i shared with some people about the interesting incident in the toilet...

Through the reflection on the floor, i know there is a guy sitting on the toilet bowl on the next cubicle besides me... i could only see his hands because it was moving up and down, like some tai chi move... HA-ha... that was cute...
It is so interesting how people behave when noone is seeing... at the end of the day, just be yourself... If it is not good, keep it up. if it is bad, then change. the key is SIMPLE.

talking about the word SIMPLE, i saw Clemen and Nicole - such rich couple, but so simple and devoted to God. They owe a property in sentosa cove, but they wear normal pants and shirts to church on weekend. It is presentable (definitely), but no SHOCK-the-WORLD fashion or whatsoever. This is simplicity... That's inspiration... Ask them how they really grow to become who they are today. they tell you, it is the inspiration from pastors!
I am beyond words...

People are so important...
It is even important to know who are THE people around you...
I won't elaborate how life-changing it is, to know who are the people IN youR heart... that you model after, get inspiration from.

It changes your life...
let this post change your mindset, change your soul...
Let the HS stir your spirit.
Ley YOURSELF eliminate your sinful body...
In all, you create a new..................................You - with a capital Y, who represent God in your life, in spirit, body and MIND.

see ya. i am running to July, August, Sept, Oct, Nov and Dec... It is coming soon. I can't waste it... God has marvelous plans... you should run along with me too... Pastors are ahead already... Let's catch up withthem. I know we never will, but we want to...=)

where your day starts at 12.56am

How do you get awake at 12.56am?
Where the whole world is about to turn it off for the next day, where another half of the world is still meddling with the night...

How do you WAKE UP at 12.56am... not physically, but spiritually and mentally.
I have just got it...

A direction to add a dimension which deals with my dreams. Discipleship!
Oh, how I Desire!

Wei Jie 2.0! I have the adoption already, in my Spirit.
As i look at the overall church org chart, I just have the desire to want to fill in the gap! Lengthen the cords! Carry the burden!

Well, I want to go and REST in God now... brb... =)

Who thinks spirituality > world? And Why?

take a hold of me

I am in school now, doing Computer Programming... ha-ha... this is so dull, and mundane....

but God oh God, take a hold of me!

another 2 years and 67 days, a total of 797 days... then I will have graduated from polytechnic... By then I will be 21 years old as well, and I will be given a fresh new freedom...

The first thing I will do is to get baptized in water!
This is my marriage to my Lord and Savior. This is reconciling to the relationship. Yes, reconciling. It is not a new relationship.

We are already borne in God's spirit even before we came out of our mother's womb.
We are already in the relationship so that makes us runaway kids. We ran away from God's presence to the fallen world (earth).

It is time to go back already. Enough of prodigal living, get back to productive living. Your heavenly Father has a plan for you already.

Argh... I can go on and on forever... I really love the Word. It refreshes my mind and sets it on the good things of life...
Whatever you see in your mind will determine your perspective of life. Guess what, your perspective will determine your life - what comes out of your attitude, what gets to you...
Like attracts like.
Lousy attitude attracts lousy attitude.
Faith attracts faith.
love attracts love.
Success follows after success.

Just to break your bubble, in this spiritual world, goodness attracts the devil as well as he is dying to bring christians down.
"count it all joy when you fall into various trials, for the testing of your faith produces patience..." - James.

Anyway, I have been reading the book fourth Dimension (volume 2). Please, go and get it and quick. Catch on to the flow of the season... You will see a whole new different dimension of life and living.
A whole knowledge of Holy Spirit, who you are in Christ then you know what Christ has in stored for you. fourth dimension thinking, attitude, faith. Meditate on good things. Keep your minds clear. The power of the brain...

Do you realise that 1 milisecond before someone actually speaks out a sound, the brain has nerves movement already. And it is in the imagery part of the brain.
"Whatever a man sees in his heart, he shall be" - Jesus
In the bible, heart is always referred to as the mind because the mind is the heart of all things.
So keep your mind clear of your goals and visions... I will type more later...

i see WoW...4D!!

Yea, back to my modified, apple-lookalike computer, let's rest...
1st thought: I always try to find new words to describe better, and needless to say, I always end up speaking in tongues. Ha-ha.

I have so many thoughts on my mind, and 1 of them being sleeping...
Hmmm, let's write them all down and see how many thoughts I am really having...

  1. Growing in 4th dimension
  2. ZM
  3. School starting tomorrow
  4. Guitar
  5. Singing / Listening to music
  6. Adopting parents and teenagers
  7. To-do list (like 10)
  8. 4D of our church
  9. MACbook!
  10. C5 and C8
  11. Seeing more leaders rise up!
  12. Exercise??
  13. Becoming more like Pastors
  14. It is 2.46 am...
  15. I've got no more flavored drinks at home
  16. What to add on for this list...
Well, that should be all... Can't dig out anything else...

have a few photos to upload... Enjoy...
Found this shop at EHub! at Down Town East.
haven't try it. Thought that it is quite funny.
He might be related to Condeliza Rise. Haha

Took these pictures during zone outing at Sentosa. We tried to cycle to Sentosa Cove but one traffic police stopped us and told us that it is closed. Being tired, we signalled to a lorry passer-by and asked if he could tong-bang us back to the main road. It is quite far, alright!
he agreed and the rest is history... We gained a cool experience but lost a first-aid kit... ahaha.

melvin looked as though it was his first time taking photo.

Don't ask me what I was doing...
I was trying to take photo of the lorry and the road to show that we are moving...

The box that me and nic sat on is made of steel and the weather that day was like 33 degrees... Imagine the stress level of our pants... Well, I am not talking about anything beyond the cloth.

A few more pictures extracted from my phone:

I signed on Deny's leg when we visited him last week. He had some illness and to make it worst, he sprained his leg while playing soccer...

This was how I look during Christmas 2007 after dinner. I ate the vege-rice at marina square. I guess it was allergy... So funny.

Just thought I looked so much different... ahaa!!!

Life is getting better.
Eyes have not seen.
Ears have not heard.
What God is doing in our church.
It will change your life!

Another day

Had a crazy week this week...
It was just meetings after meetings and deadlines after deadlines, updating timetable after updating...
But the greatest of all, I am reading after reading and growing from faith to faith, growth to growth! How many of you want that?

ha-ha. Sounds like preaching...

Anyway, I am learning guitar madly!!! The theory is super cool and amazing luh. Ian is one crazy man that I want to learn from. He is really born with the guitar.
You can see it from every part of his body and his words especially.
Thank God that He brought Ian to HOGC, if not the world would have missed out such a great talent... Ha-ha.

I am learning to transpose, switch key during songs, playing different octave of the same keys, knowing how to strum fluently.

Other than the guitar, I am reading fourth dimension by pastor David Cho Yonggi.
Did you know he is used to be called Pastor Paul Cho Yonggi? Then one day, during worship, he felt that God wants him to change it to David, hence he announced it to the entire congregation... Wow, i wonder why God did that. I will read his biography soon.
So in the mean time, I am reading his faith... His words are as thick as a book man... It is so powerful that if you use his words to smack someone on the head, they actually get hurt... That is how powerful when words come out of his mouth.
In other words - IT IS MIND-BLOWING! simple explanation.

You must get the book and read it. Currently I am reading volume 2. I WANT TO get volume r1 real soon. hoping to finish volume by the end of this week so i can get started with volume 1... Yeah!!! Let's flow with pastors...

been joining the staff and leaders prayer meeting and you never want to miss it... Charleston had 1 session on wed night and it shook heaven... You really get pregnant whenever you join these prayer meetings. You never leave the room empty after 1 hour... You just get something in your spirit - be it faith, joy, peace, vision, dreams, word of God, presence of God, anointing. For every good and perfect gifts come from heaven above...

Be blessed... you are God's created beloved. For this reason is good enough for God to want to bless you... Stop torturing yourself to live a 2nd class life... God won't want runner-ups.

Chill... worshipping with my guitar now.

My body is shaking me off...
I am going to wake up early to practice my guitar club...

Anyway, i have a vision during Pst Joakim's simarar..
Will share soon!!! ah-ha.

Woohoo

It is 2am now but I am so energetic.
I just prayed and felt so refresh.
I did not know what to write for my title so don't ask me why I just use "Woohoo". I feel weird myself too.
Anyway, I find myself pretty weird sometimes - I think I am really crazy at times! Ha-ha.

Today's service with Pastor Joakim was amazing luh!
The Word of God always refreshes our mind even though we have been listening to it countless times, but yet every time, it brings a different perspective and adds a new dimension to our knowledge of God. This in turns create a understanding of God, a fear of God, and we are in awe of our LORD! it rhymes... Yeah, I can be a poet! I really do. My brain works in all kinds of ways. Glory to God!

After service was really short and long. Ha-ha. The time is short but I lived it longer than it seemed. C8 just gathered together, some of us, and I just shared my hearts out.
Roderick is one cool guy la. He is the one that never gets sick of doing the same thing all over again a million times. He was just sitting beside me during service, and also during the sharing and he just kept leaning forward and listening and responding to my sharing and just sucking in all the words.

And also, I met Hui Ting! If you see this, let me say "Hi!".
Just want to welcome you, and hope you enjoyed yourself! We definitely must go out someday together. It is going to be so exciting! Let's explore EMAX. Is it called that? The new amusement centre at Down Town East. It looks totally fabulous...

Yesterday Pst Che Ahn's service was mind-blowing. I have never seen such anointing and many people get healed, right during the service that I was in as well. Anointed man! Powerful God! Cool luh..

This coming Wed and Thurs, we are having our zone event! It is going to be 1 BIG LONG day! It has been quite some time when the whole zone really comes together, especially together with Ivan. But we are going to do it this time, and it is going to be funny. I know some of the programs already. *Hint.... bribe me, you will surely fail. Ha-ha.

And on weekend, we are having schools seminar. I feel so much potential energy arising. I see 25 people for C5. I see 20 people for C8.
I see new faces!
I see hands lifted up!
I see schools taken.
I see you!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good night... see you soon,
Wei Jie

God has blessed us with this already!!

1) Growth - Mindset
2) Pastors
3) Conviction of the people - Idealism
