school starts

Can you believe it... school is starting in 4 hours time...
that means it is already 21 Apr... 1/3 of the year has already passed... 2/3 left.

Yesterday was such a cool mixture of laughter, elegance and spiritual.
We have jokers, swans and the Holy Spirit...
We have talented people, and funny ones...
All in one place, with one heart.. to celebrate our spiritual mother's birthday.
This is church! Where everything the world has, we also do... and we have more - anointing.
I just love this place more and more, i can't seem to leave it... It is like a vine, branch, trunk etc...
It never separates lest it dies.


the yoke is easy and the burden is light.


Serving God is easy, it is God's plan. God has provision. He provides for visions. He gives strength to the weak, wisdom to the fool, faith to the meek. He gives you what you need for your ministry.


ministry flows out of life.


A minister needs to be ministered before he does ministry.
God wants us to be with Him, grow in Him, just getting the essence of being a disciple and child of God.
Then out of it will flow our ministry where God will send us out to various gifts and missions.

long day.....

Today was a long day. Just reached home and bathed... My eyes are closing any moment, but I decided to quickly post in my thoughts and joy before turning in for the night.

We had prac in the wee morning hours and we slept at 5am... that was crazy... i know..
And we woke up at 9am for rehearsal... I know... we are really crazy...
Followed by C5, C8 combine CG from 12pm - 2pm... We are out-of-our-minds... yes, we are!!!
Lunch and then Zone photo taking session... and then Church Combine Service.

After that, had admin meetings with the CGLs of the church... and by then everything is done. it is 11.40pm... Real long day....

But, I am so thrilled... because people just make me happy.
Shi Cong is amazing. I asked him why he rose his hands to worship. He doesn't know what to say, but he can only express it as a inner-desire... Cool huh... that is like a revelation unrevealed.


C8 is so amazing too, after we went to KBOX, that topic is still ringing. Guess more people will be going there more often from now onwards.
We are excited la...
having Chin Wee, Sam around are like my life bubbles. If they are gone, i will have 1 short of bubble joy.

C5 is also so happening... They are so full of joyful sounds and togetherness...
but i told them, C8 will challenge them, and fill up MPR2 for its own CG. But well, we will both grow together!!!
I am tired of 35... i am tired of 40.... I want 50...60...80!!

We are going to do it... I know we sure will...
No matter how tired the day can get, I am still striving on to 50!!!

Kbox boxes every other karaoke flat and out!!!

I just came back from Kbox celebrating Jocelyn Ma's birthday.
Hey, let me tell you, it is only $10 from 7pm - 12am, free-flow drinks..!!! at the end, everyone just had to pay $11.70 including GST. It is cheap! And the quality isn't that bad.
I know all of you would not want to go to other karaoke places anymore... yea, this is good. The boss should thank me for advertising.

The place is near china town. it is call ten dollar KBOX. it is run by a family...


It was so cool, everyone sang and me too... It was my first time really singing in Kbox. Haha, i crawled out of my shy nature and sing to laughter and joy. it was so funny. and we end it off with "ben xiao hai" translated -> "stupid kid". We were screaming our heads off, and by observation, i knew Elaine have went mad during the whole session. it was confirmed later after Jin Yuan told me what they did while they were there from the beginning 7pm onwards. So funny.

It is just so cool, to have fun and yet keeping holy and clean in our fun.
It is what the world lacks and needs. It is what everyone should work towards. And we are helping to spread it out.

before kbox, was just having a meeting with Roy and some others. it was really the kind of meeting where you either grow it or lose it. it was set and out. it was plan and go. there is nothing much to bother about, but we got to carry the plans out and just grow!
It is so refreshing... and yet it is still the same thing we are doing. But with a clearer focus, and stronger emphasis. I just know we are going to achieve things. Just wait and see.

I will see a whole new group, so excited about God, and themselves and everything around them, all because of their core, their hearts, their value system...

Just recalled this phrase: "stop acting like a Christian, be one"
We will be many!

recently had a cravings for sermons... so am listening to many podcasts by pst Ulf and pst Kong, and also review pst How's and pst Lia's old sermons. Shall go and bath now!


Breathe into my soul, Holy Spirit...

thinking of think

Realize that insights are so important, then foresight then hindsight.
It is really what we need to know, and improve all the time if we want to progress in life.
Self-evaluation is so crucial in this situation.
Pst How really made it an intense craving for my spirit. I want it!!! And I want it NOW!!!
His minds, his spirit, his logical progression, his quickness to understand, his wisdom!!!
Wow, my pastor never fails to amaze me! And I want to be like him.

Got to really think more!

It was so funny and cool seeing Christopher, Xiao Hong, Su Ling fretting over CG stuff yesterday on the way home. They were discussing what they can do, how to do it, what to take note. Cos I gave them a challenge to do more, especially after Chris is taken out from ministry and attachment.
You rock la...
My spirit is just stirring for 25!!! it will take some time to achieve full maturity!! And we will enjoy the fruits... then we start sowing again... and it goes round and round... but I love it.

Was just handling my iTunes and putting podcasts into it. Uploading CHC's and Pst Ulf's...
So i just started listening to Pst Ulf's "wisdom from above".
After that, i decided to memorize 3 verses in my heart...
phi 4:19, Heb 11:6, james 1;5... It all talks about you can approach God, He meets your needs.
well... i don't just have needs, i have desires!

Desire for leaders to rise up
Desire for breakthrough
Desire for a generation
Desire for people's lives to change.
I pray, pray, and I pray...

It shall come to pass.

Got to start praying now!!

the path of life i take

The past few weeks have been really buzzing... especially with the wonderful easter and post-easter.
For the past 3 years, I have always say that the sermon is very good and I am continuing with this. isn't it awesome to be able to preach like Pastors, their way of thinking, their revelations from God, their essence, their strength and conviction.
I told myself I want to blog about their teachings, but I kept pushing the typing away... the bed just seems more attractive...

Through out the past few weeks, I have spent more time with my friends, my soul-mates, and really been close with them. And I just feel that Shu Qing is so amazing. She is so new but yet so amazingly hungry for God. She will win the babe of the year award!!! She is memorising verses, and genuinely reads the bible to know more about Jesus! I am in awe! It is just so amazing getting to know her and being part of God to help her grow stronger. Shu Qing, you will surely do well next time, and if you do, don't forget about me okay! ha-ha. I know she won't.

Rachel is another girl that blows my mind away! She attends Follow Up as though they are her exam topics. She knows the lessons as though she is going to sit for a test. You will know what I mean if you have a test about it - she reads through her notes after the lessons, remembers the topics title, memorized some of the verses, and is 100% sold out... kow-tow... It is so awesome seeing her growing everyday and every week. Rachel, your rock this world la!

Xiao Hong is also another amazing lady. Wonder how come all are girls... Anyway, this girl is borne out to love hard work... Don't ask me what made her this way, but she can take work... Even during chalet, she DID WORK! She talked to serene and led her into baptism... While the rest of the world was playing, she prayed for her, encouraged her and did QT together for about 1 hour. Don't feel guilty, everyone, but be inspired! Whenever the Spirit leads, follow... Cool la! I am so assured that with these people in the CG, we will definitely FIGHT and conquer grounds!!! Fear not!

C8 smells revival... Shi Cong brought his TJC friends and 1 of them came back. It just revitalized the whole thing. I can't wait to see 30 again! I am tired of 17... let's burst through! With people like roderick and chin wee, we will definitely fight and do something! (these are the phrases of the season due to Pastor's sermon about Faith last week).

Now, let me talk about myself... haha. Really felt the word attitude carved into my spirit this season. Your attitude determines a lot and it takes your faith in God to pull out a good attitude every time, especially during periods of stress.

Attitude determines the environment. What is more powerful than attitude is 'bad attitude'.
Bad attitude spreads faster than good ones.
Attitude is what that is on the inside is being portrayed on the outside.
have a good attitude, it is a very important key to winning in life.

I am working on it! Live, learn, lead! The attitude of winning, and trusting in God, and living life to the fullest. Hope for the best, prepare for the worst, never gives up. If everyone can have this when they serve in their ministries, HOGC will jump to 3.0 (if EVERYONE)...
let's work towards that, man! Every thing starts with yourself.
